FAMILY.INDEX
<
Archives of the family date back to around June 1693 in and around Maine, US. An archive from the 21st of May, 1695 states that the town that the 14 members of the Bocarro family (at the time) had to migrate north-west due to a raid done by the Indians/Native Americans.
This is supposedly the only archive of the incident and the incident remained unknown up until a bible, supposedly belonging to Abel Bocarro (1671-1720), was discovered in June 1978 bringing light to the incident for the first time since 1701.
